PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact IC card and a non-contact IC card transmission medium capable of preventing effect of an IC chip on printing, reducing the manufacturing cost, and preventing the loss of the function. SOLUTION: This non-contact IC card is provided with a substrate 13, an interposer 11 provided in the rear surface of the substrate 13, and first and second antenna parts 121 and 122 printed with carbon ink containing a conductive material and mediating the communication between the interposer 11 and an external reader/writer by an electrostatic coupling system in the rear surface. The first and the second antenna parts 121 and 122 are characterized in being provided in a holding planned region having high holding probability.
