PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency circuit module capable of easily adjusting deviation of impedance and coping even with multiple bands and multiple modes. SOLUTION: Conductor plates 31, 32, 33 and 34 are formed by the conductor layers 26 and 28 of a multilayered substrate 1, and a variable capacitor 30 is constituted of them. A transmission line 41 and the conductor plates 42 and 43 are formed by the conductor layer 25 of the multilayered substrate 1, and a variable inductor 40 is constituted of them. A combination of the conductor plates 31, 32, 33 and 34 operated as an electrode couple of the variable capacitor 30 is changed by switch elements SW1 and SW2, and capacitance of the variable capacitor 30 is changed. The conductor plates 42 and 43 arranged so as to be at different distances from the transmission line 41 are selectively grounded by the switched elements SW1' and SW2', and inductance of the variable inductor 40 is changed. By them, the impedance of a high frequency circuit is adjusted. |
