PURPOSE: A wireless communication system for saving a mutual data communication time in a sniff mode is provided to set a sniff section for the share of sniff slave devices connected to a master device to perform communication connection between the master device and the sniff slave devices, so as to reduce an amount of memory packets for storing a sniff parameter by the sniff mode. CONSTITUTION: A master device(10) calculates a sniff parameter including time of a sniff section shared by corresponding devices for communication at a sniff mode, if a user selects the sniff mode as a communication mode for mutual data exchange. Sniff slave devices(30,32,34) share corresponding time calculated according to the sniff parameter to perform mutual data communication with the master device(10). If the sniff parameter is calculated, the master device(10) perform communication scheduling for the data communication of the sniff slave devices(30,32,34). And the sniff parameter includes one of information on the operation of the sniff slave devices(30.32,34) in the sniff mode, allocated time information of the sniff section, and start time information.
