PURPOSE: A pop-up menu service method is provided to transmit a registered pop-up selection menu to a mobile terminal, and to display the registered pop-up selection menu at a pop-up window in the mobile terminal if the selection menu, in spite of having a lower menu priority, is registered at a pop-up menu. CONSTITUTION: A user accesses a contents providing system via a wireless internet portal site by using a mobile terminal(S20). Then a server within the contents providing system transmits a contents category list to the mobile terminal, and the user selects a hopeful category among the displayed list(S22). The server searches for registered companies, offering the service corresponding to the selected category, in a database, arranges the searched companies according to a preset menu priority, and transmits the arranged company selection menu to the mobile terminal(S24). The server checks whether there exits a company, registered as a pop-up menu, among the transmitted selection menu(S26). In a case that there exists the company registered as a pop-up menu, the server checks a pop-up display time and determines whether it is the time to display the pop-up menu(S30). In a case that the pop-up display time comes, the server transmits the pop-up selection menu to the mobile terminal according to a registration order(S32).
