PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently analyze a correlation between genopolytypic site information and a manifestation type. SOLUTION: This method is constituted of an input storage means for inputting the genopolytypic site, type information thereof and a related data of the expression type, a means for calculating various statistically estimated values based on an input data, a means for conducting clustering-processing based on the statistically estimated values, and an output-displaying means for displaying a result.
