PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multichannel digital broadcasting false signal generating device which generates digital broadcasting false signals of multichannels adapted to actual situations and can be constructed with low costs. SOLUTION: The OFDM signal generating part 1-1 to 1-10 generate the OFDM signals complying with the specification of digital terrestrial broadcasting and outputs synchronously or asynchronously transformed signals as IF frequencies. The IF frequency signals are sent to the RF converter 4-1 to 4-10 by way of the IF distributor 2. The RF converter 4-1 to 4-10 outputs the input IF signals after synchronously or asynchronously transforming the respective signals into set-up channel frequencies. The RF mixer 5 mixes the OFDM signals output from the RF converter 4-1 to 4-10 and outputs the mixed signals out of one output terminal. The IF distributor 2 has options to switch to the first mode in which each input signal is as it is output to the output terminal, or the second mode an input signal from an input terminal is output to all the output terminals.
