PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small amount settlement recovery agent system concluded online and utilizable in common in any WEB sites, in which a small amount settlement is performed readily. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a point issuing means issuing points to an accessing user, a user point information storage means storing information regarding the user, a money amount of purchasing the points, the settlement information and point balance information, a point settlement means receiving settlement request data so as to perform settlement of the user who utilizes respective WEB servers, extracting WEB operator information, user information and settlement money amount data and updating data in the user point information storage means, a settlement money amount recovery agent means having the point settlement means perform the settlement from the point balance and performing a payment settlement processing to a pertinent WEB server operator for a money amount which is a prescribed ratio of the money amount, and a charge money amount settlement means performing a charge payment settlement processing with respect to a cooperating communication company system. |
