SOLUTION: When a consumer 10 applies for the nursing care service 4a, the year, month, date and time 4b at which the nursing care service is desired are transmitted to a host computer 5 and a nursing care service charge 4c is remitted 3a through a network to an account settlement company 30 through the host computer 5. The host computer 5 transmits the nursing care service to a nursing care helper agency 40 and separately keeps points 2x reserved by the consumer 10 for a nursing equivalent to the nursing care service charge 4c. The nursing care helper agency 40 performs the nursing care service and then transmits nursing care service end 4d to the host computer 5. The host computer 5 transmits a remittance of the nursing care service charge 4c to the account settlement company 30 and makes a remittance to the nursing care helper agency 40. |
