PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a replenishing article order acceptance managing method and managing system for easily specifying the article number of a replenishing article for replenishing article ordering. SOLUTION: In a replenishing article master recording part 18, identification information and stock information on the replenishing article are recorded. In a machine specification master recording part 19, the identification information of a machine, the identification information of the replenishing article used in the machine and a quantity of the replenishing article are recorded. In a user machine specification recording part 21, the identification information of the machine used by a user, a number of the machines and the identification information of the replenishing article used in the machine are recorded in relation to user identification information. A management server 11 executes retrieval of a pertinent replenishing article on the basis of the identification information of the replenishing article recorded in the user machine specification recording part 20 for a replenishing article retrieval request received from a user terminal 12 through the Internet I. Then, a retrieved result is transmitted to the user terminal 12 in such a state that a user can place an order. |
