PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate sending data such as text data, still image data, moving image data, and voice data as a telegram. SOLUTION: When a telegram service, in which at least one kind of data among text data, still image data, moving image data, voice data is delivered to the destination, is carried out, a telegram server 2b which is set at a delivery department of the telegram writes telegram data of same destination collected via Internet 3 to a CD-ROM 7 by CD-R 6b in block, and this CD-ROM 7 is delivered to the destination. Thus, even a large-volume multimedia data can be sent as a telegram. Besides, a sender of the telegram can send a cordial telegram, and a receiver of the telegram can easily manage and store the data. |
