PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device immune to clock delay due to different lengths of transmission lines and not influenced by difference of bit- rates so as to avoid received data error. SOLUTION: A network data generating device in an NT side device 1 with a V.35 interface is provided to generate network data by sampling received data from TE side equipment 2, in which protection areas are set in the vicinity of conversion points, and if the conversion point falls in any protection area, a sampling clock phase is inverted. |
