摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seal stud pins accurately by supporting a panel properly regardless of the existence of the panel on a stud pin-sealing device. SOLUTION: In a stud pin sealing device 10 comprising a supporting device 13 which has a post carbon 18 abutting on a glass panel 1 for a cathode-ray tube from a downside and a heater 19 arranged close to and below the post carbon 18, and a pin sealing means 14 for sealing the stud pins 11 in the panel 1 supported by the supporting device 13, the heater 19 is constituted so that the heater 19 can locally heat the post carbon 18 and its vicinity and an applied voltage can be switched to two high and low voltages.
