PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturizable earthquake sensing relay of an electric leakage breaker by reducing a load applied to a resistance. SOLUTION: A dummy leak current generating circuit formed by serially connecting the relay 3 to the resistance 4 between the power side voltage line and the load side neutral line of the earth leakage breaker 1. When an earthquake occurs, the relay 3 is operated to be intermittently turned on and off with an on-time of 100 ms and an off-time of 200 ms until the relay is tripped.
