PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure electric contact between an electrode, of an electric circuit part and a connection electrode of a circuit board for inspection, without buckling deformation of a conductive fiber even under compression when the electric circuit part is electrically inspected using an anisotropic conductive sheet of fiber oriented, for repeated use, and to prevent from damaging the surface of electric circuit part other than the electrode which is to be inspected. SOLUTION: The anisotropic conductive sheet of oriented fiber comprises conductive fibers oriented in the thickness direction and is provided with a protruding electrode part at a prescribed position. A conductive sheet material containing conductive fiber is provided between a pair of magnetic-pole plate, while an elastic organic material is provided between the conductive sheet material and the magnetic-pole plate, which is heated while the magnetic-pole plate is applied with a magnetic field, for orienting the conductive fiber. The distance between both magnetic-pole plates is controlled to protrude the conductive fiber in the elastic organic material layer. The elastic organic material layer is selectively removed to provide a remaining part as a protruding electrode part.
