PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a time and inconvenience for correction work to prepare a document efficiently. SOLUTION: A link information setting part 21 sets link information for defining a link for fellow description portions in a prepared specification 11 to the specification. A specification analyzing part 22 and a link information extracting part 23 analyze the specification 11 to extract the link information. A link information listing display part 24 displays a list for showing the link for the fellow description portions based on the extracted link information, and receives assignment for an element included in the list. An element defining position searching part 25 searches a description portion of the assigned element out of the specification 11. A reference portion displaying part 26 displays the description portion of the assigned element to allow a user to refer thereto. A link information updating part 27 updates the link information concerned in the element when the user corrects the element. |
