PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reformer system which suppresses catalyst poisoning and makes warming up in a short time. SOLUTION: A reformer system comprises: a start combustion apparatus 1 burning fuel-rich at start; a reformer 3 warmed up by a gas from the start combustion apparatus 1 at start to form a reformed gas used by a fuel cell; and a CO remover 4 catalytically removing CO in the gas discharged from the reformer 3. The CO eliminator 4 contains the catalyst and has plural flow paths 4a and 4b consisting of at least one flow path having an open-close device, wherein when the CO concentration in the gas is high, the flow rate in at least one flow path including the catalyst is suppressed. |
