PURPOSE: A device for fermenting probiotic for domestic animals is provided, thereby a large quantity of culture media can be stably contained in a fermenting bag, to provide the optimal fermentation condition and to effectively supply oxygen to the culture media. CONSTITUTION: The device for fermenting probiotic for domestic animals comprises a fermenting bag(10) containing a culture medium(60) in each culturing chamber(50); a conventional ventilation apparatus(20) with a ventilation fan(21) outside the culturing chamber(50); an oxygen-supplying pipe(26) having opening and shutting valves(27), fitted to the outside of the culturing chamber(50) and connected to the ventilation apparatus(20) to supply the culturing chamber with oxygen; and oxygen-supplying hoses(28) connected to each opening and shutting valve(27), and connected to the culturing vessel(50) and to the fermenting bag(10) through an air-inlet pin(32) having a plurality of holes.
