PURPOSE: A nut is joined or released with a little force by a spanner, and damage to edge portion of the nut is prevented by preventing slipping. CONSTITUTION: A spanner comprises a body(1) having a fixing tooth(2) and a screw rod(3). An operation tooth(4), a moving groove body(7) and a fixing screw groove(8) are formed and penetrated through the screw rod. By the rotation of a moving body(5), a nut is fixed. A fixing screw(9) is provided to fix reverse movement of the moving body. The fixing tooth and the operation tooth form an angle of 60 degrees to the screw rod. Contacting surface contacting to a nut surface is formed in both side of the screw rod.
