PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the execution of a program dangerous to a user and a system, such as a virus infected program and a maliciously created program. SOLUTION: Prior to installation or starting up of a plug-in, a function list showing unit 200a thereof shows to an application to be a host a list of functions (services) to be used by acquiring from the host.
