PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save labor for inputting address information and to improve operability. SOLUTION: A CPU 61 of each of PC 14 and 15 (24 and 25) reads address information registered by a mailer out of a mail address registration area 64c of an HDD 4 by executing a data conversion application and a data structure is converted and stored on a mail address translation area 64e. The stored address information is supplied through a LAN-I/F 67 and a LAN 13 (23) PC-I/F 51 to network facsimile equipment 18 (28). In the network facsimile equipment 18 (28), corresponding to the supplied address information, the transmitting destination of image data is selected.
