PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a current consumption in the read operation of a trimming circuit. SOLUTION: Zener zap transistors Z1 to Z13 are connected to DA conversion resistors R10a to R10d directly. In read operation after trimming, entire bit setting switch transistors Q11 to Q13 for preadjustment are turned off, or entire switch transistors Q17 to Q19 for zapping are turned on.
