PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation circuit that can simplify the connection to an integrated circuit by simplifying and downsizing internal wires for an integrated circuit component configuring an oscillation transistor (TR) in its inside and decreasing number of components around an external resonance circuit. SOLUTION: An integrated circuit component 1 includes first and second terminals 22, 23, and the integrated circuit component 1 is provided with a switch TR 8 whose emitter is connected to the ground, a first coupling capacitor 14 connected between a collector of a first oscillation TR 2 and the first terminal 22, a second coupling capacitor 15 connected between a base of a second oscillation TR 3 and the first terminal 22, and a third coupling capacitor 16 through which a base of the first oscillation TR 2 is connected to the ground. One end of a resonance circuit 29 is connected to the first terminal 22, the other end is connected to ground, a cathode of a switch diode 29d of the resonance circuit 29 and a collector of the switch TR 8 are interconnected via the second terminal 23 and switching on/off the switch TR 8 can switch on or off the switch diode 29d.
