PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-collision memory device for reducing an access time. SOLUTION: In this anti-collision memory device, data elements of pq in quantity which are in a block (pq) configuration in four directions and segment configuration in eight directions having specified intervals at any position in a SIMD processor M×N array with processing elements of pq in quantity are supported to be accessed thereto simultaneously so as to reduce the access time of a memory device. As compared with a conventional memory device, a data access configuration, an interval, limitation to size of data array, and the cost, speed, and complication of hardware are improved. The address calculation and data routing method use the device.
