PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card which enables easy input of required information and easy confirmation or authentication of the information and extension of communication distance without changing the shape or the like, and a communication terminal provided with an IC card function. SOLUTION: This communication terminal 2 is provided with a communication means 11 and a display means 12, an IC card function part 6 having a memory 15 is incorporated inside and information data received by the communication means 11 are directly stored in the memory 15 of the IC card function part 6 through input/output means 7 and 8. Also, the information data stored in the memory 15 are displayed by the display means 12. Also, it is preferable to provide a power storage part 22 for storing power beforehand. Further, a solar battery 23 may be provided to store the power in the power storage part 22.
