<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer program allowing an election official to readily create voting-display software made barrier-free for electronic voting. SOLUTION: The computer program for an electronic voting system made barrier-free manages the constituent elements of a voting screen as a database in text format and provides a screen display conforming to each voter, based on the physical handicap characteristic of the voter recorded on an information card, thereby allowing the election official to readily create a different screen for each election, with the added effect of enabling all the voters to vote electronically.</p> |
