PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, where, as a shaft fitted by shrinkage is attracted by a magnetized rotor mounted on a magnetizing jig and moved, the fitting position of the shaft is changed. SOLUTION: Holes formed around a shaft fitting hole 6 of a rotor 3 are used as clamping holes 32. A magnetizing jig 10 comprises a rotor mounting table 14 having an alignment rod 23 which is inserted into the shaft fitting hole 6 and can be moved vertically and a plurality of clamping pins 29 which are inserted into the clamping holes 32 and can be inclined and a manipulating means 16 which switches the postures of the clamping pins 29 between inclined clamping postures and release postures. The rotor 3 is clamped by the clamp pins 29 and fixed to the magnetizing jig 10 since the magnetization is started until the shrinkage fitting is finished.
