PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantum voltage reference device based on an integrated circuit including a convenient intrinsic Josephson element by mounting the device on an integrated circuit board containing antennas and choke circuits by using a BSCCO single-crystal device. SOLUTION: A plurality of intrinsic Josephson junction devices 42 and 43 are mounted on the integrated circuit board 40 containing the antennas 41 and choke circuits so that this quantum voltage reference device may generate a reference voltage upon receiving a milliwave/sub-milliwave.
