PURPOSE: A leak monitoring control device of an engine and a producing method are provided to monitor the generation of leak in a short time by monitoring the leak after forcibly forming static pressure inside an evaporator with a pressurizing pump. CONSTITUTION: A leak monitoring device of an engine includes a fuel tank(100); a pressure sensor(200) for detecting the pressure of the fuel tank; an evaporator(300) for collecting gas evaporated from the fuel tank; a first solenoid valve(400) for discharging the evaporated gas collected in the evaporator under the control of a certain on/off signal; a 3-way valve(600) of which one side is connected with the evaporator and the other side is opened to the air; and a pressurizing pump(700) connected with the third side of the 3-way valve to forcibly form and give pressure by being driven according to a certain control signal. Thereby, reliability on the leak monitoring is improved and a leak check time in a production line is saved.
