PURPOSE: A thermostat structure of a vehicle is provided to improve productivity by reducing manufacturing process and to enhance a sealing effect by preventing a sealing member from being hardened. CONSTITUTION: A thermostat structure of a vehicle includes a plate(67) coupled to an outer peripheral portion of a pallet(65). A sealing member is coupled to the plate(67) in such a manner that the sealing member shuts off a connection between upper and lower water passages(61a) depending on a movement of the pallet(65). A plurality of assembling holes(67a) having predetermined sizes are formed in the plate(67). A part of the sealing member(71) is inserted into the assembling holes(67a). The sealing member(71) surrounds upper and lower surfaces of the plate(67).
