HIGH EFFICIENCY VALVE ASSEMBLY OF COMPRESSOR

摘要

PURPOSE: A high efficiency valve assembly of a compressor is provided to reduce discharge load of the compressor. CONSTITUTION: A valve plate(110) includes a refrigerant connecting path(160) fluidically connecting a first diffuser(113) and a second diffuser(114) to attenuate noise and to increase opening degree of a discharge valve(130). A valve assembly discharges more amount of refrigerant as much as volume of a space of the refrigerant connecting path to reduce pressure of refrigerant and discharge load of a compressor. Refrigerant gas is discharged simultaneously through the first diffuser, the second diffuser and the refrigerant connecting path to push the discharge valve so as to attenuate noise.
