PURPOSE: A heteropolyacid containing inorganic nanoparticles are provided, which have the high reactivity and the high hydrogen conductivity and are formed into a thin film, a fiber and a monolith. CONSTITUTION: The heteropolyacid containing inorganic particle is characterized in that it contains a heteropolyacid, a phosphoric acid, a sulfuric acid and salts thereof and has a size of from tens of nanometers to hundreds of nanometers, and is prepared by silicon oxides, aluminum oxides, zirconium oxides, zeolites, mesoporous materials and composites thereof. The particle has a structure of Hm£XxYyOz|nH2O(wherein, X is B, Al, Ga, Si, Ge, Sn, P, As, Sb, Te, I, a first group transition metal, a second group transition metal, and a third group transition metal, Y is a first group transition metal, a second group transition metal, and a third group transition metal).
