PURPOSE: A system and a method for distributing an online AD(ADvertisement) are provided to perform the online AD at a low price by binding a plurality of advertisers forming one theme, and to offer a plurality of goods and services relating to the theme through one space. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a main server(10), an online AD agency(20), a client(30), an advertiser A(40) and an advertiser B(50). If the advertisers request an AD through the online AD agency, the online AD agency requests the AD bound to one theme to the main server(10). The main server(10) transmits one AD formed by one theme to the client(30) connecting to the main server(10). If the client(30) selects the AD, the main server(10) recognizes the information and performs a multi-hyperlink or a multi-AD. The main server(10) includes a service database undertaking a service, an AD database managing the AD and an AD distributing module distributing the AD by performing the multi-hyperlink or the multi-AD.
