摘要 PURPOSE: A method for forming a molecule layer containing a high density amine group on a substrate having the nucleophilic group surface is provided, therefore it can be useful for developing biochip, and desired molecules can be easily fixed on the surface of the substrate. CONSTITUTION: The method for forming the molecule layer containing the high density amine group on the substrate having the nucleophilic group surface comprises chain polymerization reaction of the nucleophilic functional group on the surface of the substrate with aziridine equivalent, wherein the nucleophilic functional group is hydroxy, thiol and amine, preferably hydroxy; the aziridine equivalent is aziridine or haloethylamine; the substrate is selected from silicone wafer, dissolved silica and glass plate; and the reaction of the substrate with aziridine equivalent is carried out by soaking the substrate in a composition comprising aziridine equivalent, acidic catalyst, and solvent, and heating the substrate under inert gas condition.
