PURPOSE: A hanger attachment structure of a door frame is provided to prevent a painted face of the door frame from being taken off by installing an elastic fixing unit on a contact face of an attachment and minimizing an area where the door frame contacts the attachment. CONSTITUTION: A hanger for moving a door frame is connected with a conveyer system driven by a motor and an attachment(10) is formed to settle the door frame on the hanger. The attachment is prepared with an auxiliary supporting unit(12) by bending an upper part of a supporting unit(11). The attachment is inserted in a groove(13) of the auxiliary supporting unit formed in a facing state with the supporting unit. An elastic fixing device(20) is axially fixed in a connecting groove(13a) formed on both side faces of the groove. A spring(23) is elastically installed on upper and lower parts of a shaft pin(22) axially fixed in the center of a ball member for the elastic action of the elastic fixing device. Thus, a painted face is protected by minimizing the friction between the door frame and the attachment.
