PURPOSE: A toe adjusting apparatus for a vehicle is provided to assemble efficiently by fitting a guide plate in a cross member and a support plate, and to prevent thermal deformation by excluding the welding process. CONSTITUTION: A cross member(3) and a support plate(4) are formed in a vehicle body, and the cross member is spaced from the support plate to insert a torsion bar. A cam bolt(1) is penetrated through the cross member and the support plate, and fixed in the support plate with an assembling member(5) including a washer or a nut. Guide plates(2) are formed in the cross member and the support plate to transmit operational force of the cam bolt in adjusting toe-in. Thermal deformation is prevented and adjusting force for toe-in is transmitted regularly with assembling the guide plates, the cross member and the support plate conveniently without welding.
