<p>A radiotherapy device, comprising a bed (7-2), a radiation exposure head (10), a head oscillating mechanism, a precision inspection device (30), and a control part, wherein the radiation exposure head (10) radiates radioactive ray (3a) for therapy to the treated field of a subject (4), the head oscillating mechanism oscillates the radiation exposure head (10) so that the radioactive ray (3a) for therapy injected from the radiation exposure head (10) can follow up the movement of the treated field, the precision inspection device (30) acquires a diagnostic image, and the control part (80) controls the head oscillating mechanism so that the radiated field of the radiation exposure head (10) can follow up the treated field based on the diagnostic image, position of the radiation exposure head (10), and oscillated state of the radiation exposure head (10) and, after controlling the head oscillating mechanism, also controls the radiation exposure head (10) so as to radiate the radioactive ray (3a) for therapy from the radiation exposure head (10).</p> |
