发明名称 DESIGN METHOD FOR WIND SHIELD WIPER
摘要 PURPOSE: A design method for a wind shield wiper is provided to automatically design a glass area, a 3D visible area, an FMVSS 104 area and a wiper pattern and to automatically generate a pivot shaft by using one face model on a screen of a designer. CONSTITUTION: A parameter related to a glass for a wind shield wiper to be designed is inputted in an initial state of a screen(S101). Corresponding areas are designed and displayed on a glass according to the inputted parameter(S102). Data parameters on a vehicle are inputted(S103). An FMVSS(Federal Motor Vehicle Standards) 104 area is designed and displayed after analyzing the vehicle data through an algorithm(S104). Parameters of a wiper pattern and a pivot position based on a side face of a driver and a passenger are inputted(S105). The wiper pattern is designed according to the inputted parameter and is displayed(S106). Then the designed pattern and each parameter are outputted according to a print demand(S107).
