PURPOSE: A method for actualizing information through a double click and a character transmission with use of a window title bar, is provided to show news at a determined time interval, when an activated window has a title bar, and to generate character information when double-clicking at a window caption bar activated among all programs from a window. CONSTITUTION: A method for actualizing information through a double click and a character transmission with use of a window title bar, comprises the steps of: executing a news program by staring the program; waiting for a highest program; identifying the highest program; starting a mouse hooking; identifying either ending of an actualized window program; running news on a title bar; identifying whether a user clicks the mouse doubly; showing the news at a window; and identifying whether the news program is ended. The method uses a timer source program for utilizing a method for transmitting the character information from all highest window title bars. The method clicks doubly the caption bar for utilizing an information activating method, through the double click, to connect to an internet web page supplying the title bar with information, in a real time.
