PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pinch and massage the shoulders from the back and the chest. SOLUTION: The massaging unit is made up of a first link 41 having a projection 45 butting the back side of the shoulder 71 of treated person 7 on the downward tip side, a second link 42 having a projection 46 butting the breast side of the shoulder 71 of the treated person 7 on the downward tip side, and a third and a fourth links 43 and 44 pivoting the base end side from the projections 45 and 46 of the first and second links, and is equipped with a four-articulation link 4 in which the length L1 of pivots 43a and 44a of the third and fourth links 43 and 44 on the first link 41 is larger than the length L2 between the pivots 43b and 44b on the second link 42, a driving means 3 connected to the four-articulation link 4, and applying a force to push the entire four-articulation link 4 in the direction of pushing the shoulder 71 of the treated person 7 and in the direction opposite thereto around the projection 45 of the first link 41.
