<p>Rigid or semi-rigid dwelling and/or office structures are articulatedly located on three or four points, using hinge-type intermediate pieces (5). The semi-rigid four-point location is made possible by bending force torsion and supporting concrete components are formed as wall-integrated frame work with pressure members. In a house, cellar outer walls are replaced by an excavation strengthening. The intermediate pieces (5) are integrated in the walls and their connections to one another and to the ground allow movements due to ground deformation.
