PURPOSE: An Internet security monitoring camera using a PC camera is provided to allow anybody who has a PC camera, a sound card, a microphone and a speaker to use NetMeeting without additional program and expensive apparatuses. CONSTITUTION: An Internet security monitoring camera requires a PC camera for USB that receives analog video data and converts the analog video data into digital video data, a sound card and a headset required for using Internet phone, and a LAN card. A video unit watches or sends an image using a video capture card and a camera or a camera that supports video function for Windows. If the video unit wants to view an image of a remote place, IP address corresponding to the remote plate is inputted to confirm the present state of the remote place.
