The present invention is drawn to a therapeutic drug for micturition disorders and diseases of the lover urinary tract system, containing an organic acid salt of Ä2-Ä4-(3-ethoxy-2-hydroxypropoxy)phenylcarbamoylÜethylÜdimethylsulfonium. The invention enables treatment of diseases of the lower urinary tract system which cause urinary disorders, such as interstitial cystitis and prostatitis, which arise from unelucidated causes and thus are regarded intractable diseases.
