PURPOSE: A waterstop plate installation structure is provided to prevent inversion or transformation of a waterstop plate while placing and curing concrete, to improve workability on fixation and to prevent water leakage. CONSTITUTION: The waterstop plate installation structure comprises: many sealing ribs formed on both sides of a center valve and buried under a concrete structure; a head projected on upper and lower ends; a fixing clip provided with a coupling hole coupled with the head of a waterstop plate(10), a cutting hole formed to fit the waterstop plate to the lower end, and a through hole fitted with a wire; and a connecting socket(30) provided with a coupling hole and a sealing rib.
