摘要 PURPOSE: A steam production system using sensible heat of molten slag of blast furnace is provided to reduce environmental problems by recovering sensible heat and exhaust heat of high temperature molten slag and reduce energy by self-producing various powers required in the scene of labor through high temperature humid vapor. CONSTITUTION: The steam production system using sensible heat of molten slag of blast furnace integrally comprises an agitation tank(20) at one side of the upper part of which a gutter(10) integrally equipped with a spray cooling nozzle(12) is formed, at inner upper part and center of which upper and lower evaporators(14a,14b) are respectively installed, to upper center and upper one side of which humid vapor pipes(16a,16b,16c) are connected, to one side of the lower part of which a contaminative hot water loop pipe(17) is connected, and to upper and lower parts of one side of which inactive medium pipes are connected; a heat exchange part(26) which is installed in a specific region of the inactive medium pipe(18a) connected to the upper part of one side of the agitation tank(20) and consisted of first and second evaporators(22a,22b) and first and second preheaters(24a,24b); a particulate separator(28) installed in rear of the inactive medium pipe(18a) to remove impurities adhered during direct heat exchanging with slag particulate; a pump(30a) connected to a certain part of the other inactive medium pipe(18b) connected to the particulate separator(28) to supply the impurity particulate removed inactive gas to the lower part of the agitation tank(20); a steam drum(38) to the upper part of which the humid vapor pipes(16a,16b,16c,16d) and steam supply pipe(32b) are connected, and to the lower part of which hot water supply pipe(34b) and recovery pipes(36a,36b,36c) are connected; a steam supply pipe(32a) connected to the outlet of the first evaporator(22a) of the heat exchange part(26) to supply humid vapor into a superheated vapor system(40); and a hot water supply pipe(34a) one side of which is connected to the inlet of the second preheater(24b), and the other side of which is connected to a pump(30b) to transfer hot water for producing steam.
