In a waste water treatment assembly micro-organisms are disabled on a substrate panel (3) of more than 100 m/ml. The panel consists essentially of vulcanized rubber with an additive of specific weight more than 1.0 g/cml, giving a specific weight of more than 1.0 g/cml. Independent claims are also included for a waste water biological treatment process and fluidized bed reactor.
