A pump (24) supplies coolant for an IC engine (10) which is circulated through a heat exchanger (18). The pump also supplies coolant to, e.g. cool the oil in an automatic gear system (14) and air to the turbo charger fan (36), employing a second heat exchanger (20). Both heat exchangers are cooled by a fan (22). A thermostatic valve in the second heat exchanger circuit is fitted with a regulator valve to restrict the flow to 20-30 liters
