SUPPLEMENTARY BEAM ALIGNING DEVICE FOR LASER EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE: A supplementary beam aligning device for laser equipment is provided which is capable of conformable with and aligning path of laser beam and path of supplementary beam promptly and accurately in the laser equipment used for marking, cutting or welding various industrial materials. CONSTITUTION: The supplementary beam aligning device(100) for laser equipment comprises a bracket(2) one end of which is fixed to the body of the laser equipment for outputting laser beam, and at the other end of which a fixture(4) having a certain sized through hole(10) is formed; a moving ring(12) which is connected to the inner side of the through hole of the fixture in such a way that certain position and angle of the moving ring are horizontally adjusted, and at the center of which a long hole(14) having a vertical long axis is formed; a diode laser part(16) which is connected to the inner side of the long hole of the moving ring in such a way that certain position and angle of the moving ring are vertically adjusted, and which outputs supplementary beam so that position and angle of the supplementary beam correspond with those of the laser beam; a plurality of horizontal position and angle adjusting means(18) which are penetratingly connected from the outer side to the inner side of the through hole of the fixture to adjust horizontal position and angle of the moving ring; and a plurality of vertical position and angle adjusting means(20) which are penetrated from the outer side to the inner side of the through hole of the fixture and penetratingly connected from the outer side to the inner side of the long hole of the moving ring at the same time to adjust vertical position and angle of the diode laser part.
