PURPOSE: A door locking apparatus is provided, which releases locking of a door lock by a remote controller or an input of a secret number. CONSTITUTION: A locking equipment part locks or opens a door with a safety key when a lock pipe is shifted according to driving of a motor. A remote control receiving part(210) receives a remote control signal, and a key matrix(208) releases locking by an input of a secret number. A door sensor(204) senses open and close states of a door. After registering a remote controller and a secret number according to inputs of switches(SW1-SW4), a control means(220) receives a signal of the door sensor and closes the door by controlling the locking equipment part when a predetermined key is input at a close state of the door. The control means controls a motor(244) of the locking equipment part to release the locking state, when an input secret number or remote control signal is identical to a registered secret number or remote control signal.
