PURPOSE: An organic luminescent compound and an organic electroluminescence device using the device are provided, which are improved in the heat resistance and shows the blue light luminescence. CONSTITUTION: The organic luminescent compound is represented by the formula 2, wherein M is Li, Na or K; X is N, O or S; R1 to R8 are the same or different each another and are H or a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group of C1-C10, an aryl group, a heteroaryl group or a fused ring. The organic electroluminescence device comprises a primary electrode having high work function, a secondary electrode having low work function, and the organic luminescent compound; and contains at least one organic luminescence layer between the primary and secondary electrodes.
