PURPOSE: An oil filter element for automobile which is fabricated by adhering non-woven fabric onto the hot melt after directly coating a hot melt on upper and lower surfaces of the element to improve fabrication and sealing properties of the element and discard the element easily after using, and a fabrication method thereof are provided. CONSTITUTION: The fabrication method of the oil filter element(12) for automobile comprises the processes of continuously supplying a roll shaped element material(20); cutting width of both sides of the element material according to a certain size; coating a hot melt on both end portions of the element material that is continuously being proceeded; adhering the hot melt coated portion(23) of both ends directed oppositely to each other as vertically alternately bending the element material being proceeded longitudinally to a certain width; cutting to a certain length the front and rear of the element material that is being proceeded in the state that both ends of the element material are adhered by being vertically alternately bended; simultaneously rolling up a unit element material cut to a certain length in a length direction and adhering front and rear ends of the material each other, thereby forming the unit element material into a cylinder shape; and adhering a circular non-woven fabric(21) having a central hole onto upper and lower surfaces of the unit element material formed in a cylinder shape.
